OPINION

WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This case reaches the Court on a motion for reconsideration of our Opinion and Order entered on February 25, 1982. The Court ordered that the mortgagee plaintiff and movant herein, was only entitled to a certain portion of funds held by the trustee in an escrow account. Upon review of the plaintiff's memorandum of law and upon further research, the Court will grant reconsideration.
