Pursuant to an investigation by the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Office of the Attorney General, a Grand Jury for Baltimore City, on May 12, 1982, issued a subpoena duces tecum to Karen Buckingham, Custodian of Records, Maryland National Bank.
