Sam Guthrie appeals from a final order of the Dane county circuit court which denied his request for attorney's fees. At issue is whether the circuit court erred as a matter of law in not granting attorney's fees to Guthrie in his action against the Wisconsin Employment Relations Committee (WERC) for violating his due process rights. This court finds no authority which would allow recovery of attorney's fees against the WERC, and we affirm the trial court...
