This is an appeal by Donald and Judy Robarge, appellants, from the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Bechtel Power Corporation, appellee. On appeal, we must determine whether Stephen Pablos, an employee of Bechtel Power Corporation, was operating a vehicle within the course and scope of his employment at the time an automobile accident occurred.
