The parties were divorced on August 1, 1980, following a trial in the Wayne County Circuit Court. All claims on appeal center on the division of the marital assets. Because of unresolved issues concerning whether defendant's interest in a pension plan established by his employer, Daniel International Corporation, should be considered a marital asset, this matter must be remanded for further consideration.
