We are concerned with whether the defendant, Chicopee Savings Bank (bank) held an enforceable security interest in a motor vehicle. The bank argues that its claim is superior to the claim of the plaintiff which sold the motor vehicle on execution to satisfy its judgment against the vehicle's owner.
