Defendant was charged with conspiracy to deliver under 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401, 750.157a; MSA 14.15(7401), 28.354(1), and delivery of under 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401; MSA 14.15(7401), arising out of a transaction which occurred on September 25, 1979.
