The corporate appellant here complains that its motion to dismiss a charging document as having issued without probable cause should have been granted by the Criminal Court of Baltimore. The charge of distributing obscenity originated in the District Court; however, appellant prayed a jury trial bringing the case before the Criminal Court of Baltimore.
