Carl Edmond Scott filed a case under Chapter 13 of the Code on February 4, 1981. The plan was never confirmed and on March 23, 1981, Scott filed an Application to Convert to a liquidation under Chapter 7 for the reason that he could not "financially comply with the requirements of his Chapter 13 plan."
