Defendant Larry Jones appeals his sentencing to Western State Hospital following his acquittal, by reason of insanity, of second degree assault. We affirm.

Jones is a former University of Washington mathematics graduate student. In 1979, Jones left school to work on a project in San Diego relating to the Northern Tier pipeline.
