This appeal arises from a contract action brought by the appellant, Cale Products, Inc., against Orrville Bronze & Aluminum Company, appellee. Cale Products sought to recover a balance of approximately $6,000 due on a contract to repair and rebuild a lathe owned by Orrville Bronze. The defendant denied that any amount was due and counterclaimed for damages suffered by reason of breaches by the plaintiff.
