Now on this 22nd day of September, 1982, comes on for consideration the debtors' Motion to avoid the lien of Farmers Bank and Trust Company of Gardner, Kansas on their 1977 Ford Thunderbird. The debtors contend that the lien is avoidable under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(2)(B) as a tool of trade within the meaning of K.S.A. 60-2304(5) because Meany uses the car to transport potential buyers...
