Prince Faisal entered into a construction contract with Batson-Cook Company for improvements to be made on his home. Certain changes in the original agreement were ordered and approved by Prince Faisal. A dispute arose over these changes and the Prince's liability for payment to Batson-Cook regarding work done pursuant to the changes. Batson-Cook asked for arbitration of the dispute.
