In this review of an award entered by the respondent Commission, the petitioners contend (1) that they were denied the right to cross-examine the authors of a medical report submitted pursuant to A.R.S. § 23-901.031 and (2) that there is no foundation for the medical opinion that claimant's condition is causally related to her employment.
