Plaintiff appeals as of right from an accelerated judgment of dismissal based upon application of the statute of limitations. GCR 1963, 116.1(5). In analyzing plaintiff's wrongful discharge claim, the trial court concluded that the applicable statute of limitations was that barring tort actions three years after their accrual.
