This cause of action involves a complaint by plaintiff, Tinley Park Bank (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff), seeking to modify the automatic stay granted to debtors Konstantinos J. Kokkinis and his wife, Joyce E. Kokkinis (hereinafter referred to as debtors). The stay in question stems from a Chapter 13 petition filed by the debtors on April 5, 1982.
