Defendant's preliminary objections to plaintiffs' complaint are before us for decision. In this action plaintiffs seek damages for breach of a home warranty agreement and for violations of the Unfair Insurance Practices Act.1 Defendant asks us to dismiss the complaint, arguing (1) lack of personal jurisdiction, and (2) failure to state a cause of action.
