The appellee's motion to dismiss a charge of first degree rape was granted by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (FAIRBANKS, J.) because of lack of jurisdiction. On appeal, the State argues first, that Art. 27, § 465, Md. Ann. Code (1982 Repl. Vol.) (Jurisdiction where victim transported.) confers subject matter jurisdiction because the victim had been abducted by force in Maryland and driven to the District...
