This appeal seeks to reverse a judgment of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court on rehearing denying the plaintiffappellant benefits under the provisions of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Act. Appellant argues that the compensation court's finding that he failed to prove his disability resulted from an accident arising out of and in the course of employment is clearly wrong.
