Over a period of time the six appellants in this case were issued a combined total of two hundred and eighty-five parking tickets by the City of Savannah. In each case a hearing was conducted in Recorder's Court and all appellants were ordered to pay the fines imposed. Their petition for certiorari was dismissed by the Chatham Superior Court.
