PER CURIAM.

This cause of action arises from the alleged medical malpractice of Hutzel Hospital and Drs. William Anderson and Mario Patrini, obstetricians-gynecologists. Following trial, the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of all the defendants. The claim against Hutzel Hospital was settled during the pendency of this appeal and the hospital was dismissed by order of this Court on July 22, 1980. Plaintiffs appeal as of right.
