PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff filed suit in the Wayne County Circuit Court alleging that he suffered a partial amputation of his left hand due to defendants' negligence. Defendants filed a motion for "accelerated judgment", claiming that workers' compensation was plaintiff's sole and exclusive remedy as to them.
