This is an appeal by plaintiff-appellant from a judgment in favor of defendant-appellee in the Franklin County Municipal Court. The record indicates that Southern Bowling and Billiard Supply Company, the appellee, ordered specially drilled marble goods from Buckeye Trophy, Inc., the appellant.
