In this review of an award entered by the respondent Commission in a workmen's compensation proceeding, issues are raised concerning whether the claim filed by the respondent employee constituted an occupational disease claim, and, if so, whether it must be administered in accordance with Arizona's statutes governing occupational disease claims.
