Following a hearing in Detroit Recorder's Court, respondent was found guilty of contempt of court, MCL 600.1701; MSA 27A.1701. On June 2, 1980, respondent was sentenced to three days in jail and ordered to pay costs of $250. Respondent appeals as of right.
