GORDON, Vice Chief Justice:

Appellant was convicted of one count of aggravated assault and one count of sexual assault. The jury also found to be true the allegation of dangerous nature on each count, see A.R.S. § 13-604, and the court sitting alone found true the allegations of two prior convictions. The trial judge sentenced appellant to these consecutive terms: twenty years for the aggravated assault; twenty-eight years for the sexual assault. Taking jurisdiction...
