The debtors, Joseph F. and Abbie A. Marino, filed a petition under Chapter 13 of Title 11 of the United States Code on December 10, 1979. Old Kent Bank And Trust Company (Old Kent) was scheduled as a secured creditor holding a mortgage on the debtors' residence.
