The Snows (Arthur and Joseph) petitioned the Land Court to register and to confirm their title to a certain parcel of land situated in Grafton. E.L. Dauphinais, Inc. (Dauphinais), filed a complaint in the Superior Court to establish its title to portions of the same land which it claimed by adverse possession and under color of title.
