This is an appeal from the order of the Hennepin County District Court-Juvenile Division denying the motion of appellant for an order vacating an earlier order terminating appellant's parental rights to her child, K.T.

On May 7, 1980, the state's petition for voluntary termination was heard before a referee of the district court-juvenile division. The referee denied the state's petition for termination of parental rights without prejudice....
