The bankrupt, Kit Jordan ("Jordan"), filed his petition in bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act on July 3, 1979. By virtue of 11 U.S.C.A. Section 403(a), this case is governed by the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act and not the Bankruptcy Code.1 Jordan failed to include Avco Financial Services ("Avco") as a creditor in his schedules....
