The defendants were convicted by a jury in Cheshire County Superior Court of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property. The property in question consisted of a collection of firearms, exceeding two hundred and fifty in number, which had been removed during the course of a burglary from "Trader John's," a mercantile establishment in Winchester, New Hampshire, on the night of January 17, 1980...
