Appellants filed a complaint containing wrongful death and survival counts following the death of their son which resulted from a motor vehicle accident. Appellee filed preliminary objections to the complaint alleging, in effect, that appellants' recovery is limited to that provided by the No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act1 and that appellants had not averred facts sufficient to show that they were entitled to recovery...
