At a public meeting of the City of Albany Planning Board (board) on July 17, 1978, after public hearings before said body on June 22 and July 5, 1978, the board approved the Dunes and Pinehurst subdivision plats in that area of the city known as the Pine Bush. Petitioners commenced this CPLR article 78 proceeding on July 20, 1978 wherein they allege that the board approvals were null and void...
