This appeal arises out of a collision between a motorcycle operated by Lyle Putter and a truck operated by the defendant, Dallas Bowman. Putter died as the result of injuries received in the collision. An action for wrongful death and a survival action were commenced and subsequently consolidated for trial. The jury determined Putter to have been 49 percent at fault and Bowman 51 percent, and found damages...
