RINGOLD, J.

Drew Tolliver appeals the judgment and sentence entered upon his conviction by the court of drunk driving and driving with a suspended license. Seattle Traffic Code 11.56.020, 11.56.320. Because the trial court properly determined that Tolliver was driving his vehicle on a "way open to the public", we affirm.1
