("PDJ") moves this Court for an order (1) directing Manufacturer's Hanover Trust Company ("Manufacturer's Hanover") to restore $29,454.15 to the Receiver's account;1 (2) approving the Receiver's account; (3) fixing his commissions and counsel fees; (4) directing that Studio # 54 Disco, Inc.
