In this original jurisdiction proceeding, the petitioner, Donald Lee Hackl, seeks a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner was originally sentenced to the Anthony Correctional Center following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of aiding and abetting a daytime burglary.
