Appellant, Larry Brinton, was convicted on December 20, 1977, following a jury trial of rape,1 involuntary deviate sexual intercourse,2 corrupting the morals of a minor,3 indecent assault,4 simple assault,5 criminal coercion,6 and criminal conspiracy.7
