BIRDSALL, Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court's decision that the appellee, Ann Lewis Higdon, should have been paid the same salary as a male employee when she succeeded to his position with the appellant, Evergreen International Airlines, Inc. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were requested and made. Rule 52, Rules of Civil Procedure, 16 A.R.S.
