Respondent Maura McGahan Wiscomb was seriously injured in a collision between the motorcycle she was operating and an automobile driven by her husband. Petitioner Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company provided both liability and uninsured motorist coverage for the Wiscomb vehicles.
