Defendant was charged with arson of a dwelling house, MCL 750.72; MSA 28.267, and conspiracy to commit arson of a dwelling house, MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1). On October 5, 1978, a jury found him guilty of the conspiracy count, and he was sentenced to 11 to 20 years imprisonment on January 9, 1979. Defendant appeals by right, GCR 1963, 806.1.
