In this appeal from defendant's conviction of attempted obtaining money under false pretenses, MCL 750.92; MSA 28.287, MCL 750.218; MSA 28.415, defendant challenges the court's jurisdiction to accept his guilty plea, alleging that jurisdiction was lost through violations of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), MCL 780.601; MSA 4.147(1).
