This appeal requires us to determine the scope of the Ohio rule of parental immunity which bars the recovery in a tort action by a child against its parent based upon personal injuries proximately caused by negligent conduct of the parent. Appellants, in their first proposition of law, do not argue for a total abrogation of the rule, but rather urge this court to hold the rule inapplicable where, as here, the parent alleged to be negligent is deceased...
