MILLER, J.:

This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Miller on the ground that plaintiff's negligence action was barred by the statute of limitations, and from an order denying plaintiff's motion to reinstate Farmers Insurance Company as a party defendant.

The plaintiff claims that she was injured in an automobile accident in Wyandotte County on December 7, 1977. A lawsuit was filed on December 5, 1979, naming as defendants...
