This case is before this court pursuant to G.L.c. 30A, § 15, for review of a judgment entered by the Superior Court pursuant to G.L.c. 30A, § 14, which set aside a decision of the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB) and ordered CRAB to enter a decision requiring that the Lowell retirement board add regular interest to the plaintiff's retirement funds.
