EUBANK, Judge.

The respondent-employee Alvin Markham sustained an industrial injury on November 7, 1978, when he fell off a sawhorse and suffered a cervical (neck) sprain. He was treated conservatively by his attending physician, Howard Johnston, M.D., who eventually concluded that respondent's condition was stationary with a permanent impairment resulting from the injury.
