Defendant was convicted by a jury of breaking and entering a building with the intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.11; MSA 28.305, and possession of burglar's tools, MCL 750.116; MSA 28.311. He was sentenced to five to ten years imprisonment for each offense, the sentences to run concurrently. Defendant appeals as of right.
