This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County.

Plaintiff filed a complaint along with a motion for a temporary restraining order, which the trial court later dismissed. Defendant filed an answer. Subsequently, plaintiff filed a motion to amend its complaint. The court sustained the motion and added that defendant's answer would be considered an answer to the amended complaint.
