Plaintiff appeals as of right from a jury verdict of no cause of action rendered in defendant's favor. Plaintiff's decedent, a heavy equipment operator and mechanic's assistant, was thrown from the track of a large bulldozer when it began moving forward after he had jumpstarted it.
