Plaintiff appeals as of right from a jury verdict of no cause of action rendered in defendant's favor. Plaintiff's decedent, a heavy equipment operator and mechanic's assistant, was thrown from the track of a large bulldozer when it began moving forward after he had jumpstarted it. The bulldozer rolled over the decedent, causing his death. Plaintiff filed a wrongful death action against defendant, the manufacturer of the bulldozer, alleging negligence...
