This is an action to recover a real estate commission in accordance with the terms of a listing agreement between the plaintiff, William Pitt, Inc., a broker,1 and the defendants, Charles G. Taylor and Helen T. Taylor, the owners of certain real estate in Stamford. The defendants filed a motion for summary judgment which the trial court granted. The plaintiffs have appealed.
